Documents uploaded as part of grant applications are stored securely and are only accessible to the applicant and authorized LPOAC staff (reviewers, board members, and administrators). Documents are retained for a minimum of three years following the grant cycle.

8. Cookies

9. Email Tracking

Announcement emails we send to our mailing list contain a small, invisible image and links that pass through our own website before reaching their destination. Together these tell us whether a message was opened and which links were followed. We use this only to judge whether our announcements are worth sending; we do not use it to build profiles, and we never share or sell it.

Essential messages about your application or account — status changes, receipts, and account notices — are not tracked.

You can avoid this entirely. Turning off automatic image loading in your email program prevents opens from being recorded, and you can stop receiving announcements altogether from the unsubscribe link in any of them or from your email preferences page.
