 Getting your "Animal Friendly" license plate is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Visit the Louisiana Department of Motor Vehicles Website by clicking here and simply fill out their form with your current license plate number. When asked what specialty license plate you'd like, simply choose the "Animal Friendly" plate.

2. They will notify you what the fee will be and give you an order form. Fill this form out and mail it into the OMV.

3. The OMV will notify you when you can pick up your license plate at your local OMV office.
